We specialize in supporting the process of Soul reclamation (commonly known as Soul retrieval).  We use wellness, creativity, and grounding rituals and ceremonies to help you dissolve deeper wounds, practice joyful self-rediscoveries, and embrace your essential self. Our system focuses on helping you move through rediscory (roots), reconnecting (self), remembering (mission).

Depending on the service, a typical session lasts approximately 50 minutes. Providing for a little leeway between clients. For group events, the duration ranges from 30 minutes to 90 minutes. Retreats can be daylong or multi-days. 

Most private sessions are 100% online using Zoom. Periodically sessions may be via phone. After scheduling your session and payment, you will receive a Zoom link.  In person retreats locations are sent directly to your inbox in most cases.

We do not. However, for packages or long-term mentoring, we do offer payment plans.  

It depends. Generally, for critical issues, we will sit more often. For maintenance issues and reflections, we might meet less frequently even annually.
