Order Fulfillment

We request information from you on our order form using an external payer organization such as Paypal, Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, or similar online financial technology organization or payment system. Checks and cash payments are handled in similar fashion. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and mailing address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date, and code) via an external organization. 

We do not store or have access to your payment information. Your payment information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use your contact information to contact you.

3. If you elect for an installment payment, you’re obligated to complete your remaining monthly installment payments if you decide to drop, cancel, or be a no show. Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. We have a no refunds, no exchanges, or no partial payment policy for early departures, late arrivals, or no shows. If you miss an appointment, show up late, or leave early, you are still responsible for full price or costs.

You can elect to cancel your registration or withdraw from membership, courses, programs at any time, for any reason, by contacting us at revtutu@clearwaterwellnesslife.com. Cancelation does not absolve you from financial responsibility once you have started or received whole or partial services.

Exchange or Transfer Policy

Generally, we do not allow for exchanges or transfers.  Please contact us for special circumstances.

After 30 days, any outstanding credit balance that has not been used is forfeited.

RESPONSIBILITY

Your mentor works with you to identify solutions, as a client, you accept full responsibility for all decisions and course of action.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Your mentor will not share your information with outside sources. We abide by international codes of ethics. Learn more.

SCHEDULING EMERGENCIES

Your sessions are scheduled in advance. If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled session, you must inform your mentor at least 48 hours in advance. Our scheduling system will not allow you to change appointments afterwards and your session is considered forfeited.

PROJECTS AND ASSIGNMENTS

You will be given tasks, assignments, and even projects. Change happens in divine timing. Sometimes your desired result may show up in a different way then you expected. You agree to perform all assignments, be flexible, and honest.

Terms and Limits

If your instalment payment should be default, you will have seven (14) business days to rectify the situation. Any schedules coaching session(s) will be postponed until payment is received, all discounts and bonuses will be forfeited, and full payment will apply. Payment plans will often include the added fees from our subscription service or payment organization.

You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is your own responsibility. 

By entering into a mentoring agreement either through the scheduling portal or paying any amount, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above and in our policies.
