Welcome!

Welcome to Clearwater Wellness Life! A sacred wellness offering since 2013. Over the years, we've evolved from dance and ritual meetups to presentations, workshops, and intersectional nourishment for a unique community. Today, we offer a virtual temple and sanctuary for kindred spirits and fellow travelers seeking deep rest, transformative growth, and remembrance through spiritual, wellness, and creative practices and life expressions.

Our purpose is to inspire and encourage sensitive free-spirit temperaments to focus on themselves and their life's mission.  Here's how?

We support you in:

  • Crafting personalized spiritual and wellness habits and rituals to manage your time and energy effectively, so you can give without depletion.

  • Setting healthy boundaries so you can prioritize self- and Soul-care without guilt.

  • Slowing down by embracing reflection and higher-order meditation to reduce stress, find calm, and stay grounded, even in life’s busiest seasons.

  • Aligning your actions with your values, guided by higher spiritual and emotional insight.

  • Living in harmony with your Soul’s purpose, experiencing more joy, clarity, and flow every day through creative expressions.

 What You’ll Find Here

  • Regular messages shared from the temple, offered as audio, video, or written reflection, sent directly to your email

This space is made for soft returns.

You’re invited to listen, linger, or join in when the time feels right.

Spiritual Ethos

One Journey, Many Expressions

Over the past 25 years, my work has appeared in several forms and projects. While the expressions have changed, they represent different chapters of the same creative and spiritual journey.

Queen Tuya Nu is my spiritual pen name and appears throughout my books, writings, and occasional interviews.

Sodotutu, and later Sodotutu UniverSoul Dance, was a movement-based spiritual practice that I developed and shared through classes, workshops, and related offerings for many years.

Tutu was a nickname from my childhood that I continued to use in some personal, educational, and professional settings for many years.

Yes. Queen Tuya Nu, Sodotutu, Tutu, Clearwater Wellness and Spiritual Counseling, Clearwater Wellness Life, and my current work all represent different phases of my creative work.  They reflect different periods and expressions of my work throughout the years. They are all part of the same ongoing journey.
